The key objective of this project was to increase maturity and sophistication of the experimentation program in preparation for a transition to machine learning driven experimentation.

The purpose of this project was to develop a new product strategy and innovative product portfolio to support Momentum Energy’s new company strategy. Experimentation was used to develop and test all new retail propositions.
